Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Willow Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
