You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about paper stock. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
