Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rowan Legal Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about court deadlines. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
