Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Nest Housing Partners manages affordable housing communities across Memphis, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
