Bright Ridge Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge.
