Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Bright Press Group is a printer and publisher in Madison serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about proofing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
