Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bright Water Authority Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about capital projects. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Basic SEO knowledge.
