Clearpath Umber Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
