Northwind Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Knoxville with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Basic SEO knowledge.
