Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Union Legal Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about intake forms. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
