Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Beacon Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Knoxville plant, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 537 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about press runs. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
