Northwind Hollow Energy is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with usage data.
