Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Quill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
