Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Bright Ridge Insurance Associates and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
