Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Thistle Press produces print and digital publications in Hartford, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about press runs. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
