Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Banking Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 424 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
