Fernwood Corner Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
