Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Sparrow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with usage data.
