We are growing our team at Ironwood Bright Water Authority and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
