Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Junction Community Partners and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 821 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
