Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Junction Community Partners is a nonprofit in Fort Worth supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
