Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Basin Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around El Paso, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
