Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Amber Community Partners is a nonprofit in Dallas supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about food distribution. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Basic SEO knowledge.
