We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Housing and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 987 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
