Harborlight Granite Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Columbus area, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
