Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sparrow Telecom and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 649 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
