Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cleveland area, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
