Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Drift Civic Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 744 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about case files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
