We are growing our team at Nova Rook Housing Partners and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
