We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Civic Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Basic SEO knowledge.
