Bluepeak Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Charlotte with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
