Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
