Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Bridge Legal Group is a Boston practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing records. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
