Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Linden Transit Planning and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Boise. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
