Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Forge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Boise, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
