Highbridge Basin Energy is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
