Westbrook Oak Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Austin, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Austin. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
