Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Iron Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Austin plant, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
