Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Rook Housing manages affordable housing communities across Austin. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
