We are growing our team at Amberfield West Transit Planning and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
