Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Yarrow Legal Group is a Austin practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Austin. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about intake forms. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
