Senior Content Writer - case studies (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Meridian Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Tucson serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
