Senior Content Writer - case studies (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meadow Housing Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 287 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
