Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Cedar Umber Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Houston design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
