Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Redstone Lantern Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Chicago. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
