Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
