Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Silverline Bright Community Partners is a Austin charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
