Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cedar Telecom and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
