Silverline Juniper Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Jackson, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
