Senior Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Rivermark Willow Community Partners is a Denver charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
